Nichtima Siriwatwechakul, Partner, has been practicing law, especially in litigation practice, contracts and general commercials since 2009. Before joining Niche Law, she was a senior litigator in 2017 at Blumentual Richeter and Sumet Limited. She started her career by being a legal trainee at DLA Piper (Thailand) Limited in 2008 and then a senior litigator from 2010 to 2015 at the Government Savings Bank and a senior litigator from 2015 to 2016 at ZICOlaw (Thailand) Limited and a senior litigator in 2017 at Blumenthal Richter and Sumet Limited. Nichtima has direct experience in various litigation cases including civil, criminal, labour, bankruptcy, and arbitration proceedings. Her experience also includes advising individuals and corporate on corporate registration and general commercial legal advice as well as drafting commercial contracts and legal documents.

Nichtima graduated with an LL.M. in International Commercial Law with Arbitration Professional Skills, University of Aberdeen, United Kingdom in 2017, and an LL.B. from Thammasat University in 2009. She is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and Notarial Services Attorney. Recently, Nichtima has successfully completed CEPAS Data Protection Officer (DPO) Training Course.
